Hong Kong, 30 August 2007— Crown Capital Enterprise Limited announced today that Victor Mah has joined their team as International Technical Director. Mr Mah is a world renowned expert in pavement construction and maintenance technology, having worked with the Canadian Air Force for more than 20 years. Mr. Mah is also a visiting professor at the University of Manitoba and serves as an advisor to many top organizations, including the FAA and NASA where he’s part of a working group on pavement and friction research projects.
