Shanghai, 1 October, 2008  Crown Capital Enterprise Limited has emerged victorious in Shanghai in a court case against Lu Kang Environmental Technology Limited (鲁康环境科技有限公司), who have been charged with multiple counts of intellectual property rights infringement.

The courts of first and second instance ruled in favour of CCEL and ordered Lu Kang Environmental Technology Limited to compensate for damages and to issue an apology statement published in local print media.

CCEL will continue to vigorously defend any suspected cases of intellectual property or copyright infringement.
